Enjoyment Overflowing

"I never noticed that all enjoyment spontaneously overflows into praise...The world rings with praise - lovers praising their mistresses, readers their favorite poet, walkers praising the countryside, players praising their favorite game...I think we delight to praise what we enjoy because the praise not merely expresses but completes the enjoyment; it is its appointed consummation." -C. This really struck me. If I enjoy God and love him then it will overflow in praise to him. It is similar to the fact that if we are true believers we will have good fruit. This is the way that I show to the world my joy and freedom in Christ, by praising and worshipping Him.
