We just got back from visiting Daddy in the hospital. Thanks so much for your prayers! Daddy's surgery went really well. He had to wait quite a long time, though! He went to the hospital at 11:00 am, and didn't go in to get the surgery until 3:00. He just kept remarking how hungry he was! :) He's doing great though. Besides a little soreness at the incision site, he feels wonderful! If all goes according to plan, we should have him back home with us tomorrow afternoon! Praise be to God!
Please continue to pray that he would heal swiftly and that there would be no infections. Please pray that he would rest and recover over the next two weeks. But, most of all, pray that God would be glorified in all the circumstances and all of our attitudes!
