I just found this beginning of a post that I never ended up publishing. Maybe you'll enjoy it:
It's late. I should be asleep right now. I have an early morning and a weekend away from home ahead of me. But, alas, I have the writing bug. Have you ever experienced the writing bug? The strange little creature, once it becomes thoroughly lodged in your brain, refuses to give you a moments peace until you write something. So here I am, late at night, writing.
As you can probably tell, the writing bug has come only at times when I can't do a blog post. Forgive me, readers, for being such a deficient journalist! Hopefully life will slow down soon, and I will have more opportunities to post!
